SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partners and facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred Behavioral Health Social Work.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Basic Computer Skills.
LICENSE/CERT
Required:
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) within 2 years of hire
EDUCATION
Required:
Masters - Social Work (CSWE approved)
