Mental Hlth Case Manager I - PRN

Education:

Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human service-related field.

Experience:

Minimum one-year Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) or eligibility for licensure preferred.
