Job Description

Position Summary Imagine Therapy is seeking a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) in North Dakota to serve as a Children's Mental Health Skills Support Case Manager . This position provides rehabilitative and skills-based support services to children and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The LBSW will provide services billable under H0004 (Individual or Group Counseling - Rehabilitative Services) through North Dakota Medicaid (NDMA), within their scope of practice as an Outpatient Licensed Provider (OLP). This role focuses on strengthening daily living skills, emotional regulation, coping skills, behavioral supports, and coordination of care to help children remain successful in their homes, schools, and communities. Primary Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group rehabilitative skills support services to children and adolescents. Deliver services billable under H0004 in accordance with ND Medicaid guidelines. Develop and implement individualized service plans based on assessed needs. Teach and reinforce coping skills, emotional regulation, communication skills, and problem-solving strategies. Support children with behavioral management and social skills development. Coordinate care with therapists, schools, medical providers, and other community agencies. Participate in treatment team meetings and family sessions as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets NDMA billing and compliance standards. Ensure services are provided within the LBSW scope of practice in North Dakota.
Qualifications Required:
Active LBSW license in North Dakota Knowledge of North Dakota Medicaid (NDMA) billing standards preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Understanding of trauma-informed care Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable transportation
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
