Position Overview:
  • Provide behavioral health and social-emotional support to elementary students (K-5)
  • Work closely with staff to support student well-being and academic success
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services in a school-based setting
Assignment Details:

Setting:
In-person (open to discussing hybrid candidates)
Key Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field (required)
  • Licensed or credentialed as one of the following :
  • School Social Worker
  • LCSW
  • School Psychologist
  • M-LADAC
  • LCMHC
  • School Counselor with significant counseling experience
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong background in counseling and behavioral health support
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students
  • Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement interventions
  • Participate in team meetings and student support planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
  • Assist in creating a positive and supportive school environment
