Behavioral Health Clinician - LCSW/LPC - Full Time, M-F - 9AM-5PM - Hybrid Position - Morristown, NJ

Responsible for providing short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, marital, family and group treatment. Some evenings are required. Work Location - 25

Lindsley Drive, Morristown, NJ Principal Accountabilities:

1. Develops written individual recovery plans. 2. Engages to enhance functioning, effective coping, illness management, self-management, wellness and quality of life. 3. Partners with patient's family, peers, paraprofessionals and professionals in supporting, monitoring and stabilizing consumers in the community. 4. Participates in community events, human service meetings as appropriate or mandated. 5. Provides case management services. 6. Develops and maintains rich collaborative working relationships with hospital emergency departments, service providers, and agencies. 7. Maintains timely and complete chart documentation. 8. Incorporates use of criteria sets in context of utilization management. 9. Performs other related duties as assigned. 10. Facilitating educational/training presentations

Required:

1. Master's degree in social work, Counseling or related field 2. Previous clinical or counseling experience. 3.
