NO WEEKENDS

Hours a week: 40 hours a week

Drug Treatment Facility NJ Licensed Social Worker Job Duties:

Provide individual, family, and group counseling services in an intensive outpatient setting, including comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment planning to support client progress and recovery. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and family/support systems to ensure continuity of care, appropriate referrals, and linkage to higher levels of treatment when needed. Facilitate a safe, supportive therapeutic environment while teaching coping, social, and communication skills, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting program billing compliance.
