is currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed fee-for-service Social Workers, Art Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, and Psychologists to join our growing team. If you are an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, CBT, or CDBT looking to gain experience and further develop your clinical skills in a supportive private practice setting, without the burden of independently managing administrative tasks, this opportunity is for you. At Minds Together, we understand that mental illness is often accompanied by stigma, shame, and fear, making it difficult for many individuals to seek help. Our practice was founded with the goal of breaking this stigma by offering a safe, compassionate, and loving space where individuals feel supported in their mental health journey. We aim for every person who walks through our doors to feel safe, empowered, and above all, treated as a whole person.

PAY RATE

$32-40/session; depends on experience and other factors mentioned below

WHO SHOULD APPLY

• Those with a Master's degree in a helping profession (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
• Those with a limited-permit/ license to practice as a Counselor, Social Worker, Art Therapist or Marriage and Family Therapist.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year postgraduate relatable experience;
• Must hold a Master's degree in a helping profession (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling)
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Spanish
• Competently demonstrate delivery of telehealth/remote mental health services, as well as in-person services.
• Available a minimum of 20 hrs. per week to provide weekly psychotherapy services.
• Available to run groups (children/ adults)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Meet with clients for initial/ intake sessions to formulate a psychosocial assessment with diagnosis and determine eligibility for admission.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adults, and families
• Create and implement treatment plans and quarterly reviews on every client.
• Complete progress notes and all chart documentation within specified time frames/ timely manner.
• Maintains appropriate health record documentation;
• Plan for discharge and/or aftercare.
• Show commitment to delivering our mission
