Psychotherapist (LMSW/LCSW) - Behavioral Health | Article 28 & 31 Clinic Are you a culturally competent Psychotherapist passionate about serving vulnerable and underserved communities? This is an opportunity to work with a highly diverse patient population, including individuals impacted by: Serious mental illness Substance use disorders Chronic homelessness HIV/AIDS and chronic medical conditions Trauma and systemic barriers to care The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, community-oriented, and passionate about health equity and culturally responsive care.

What You'll Do:

Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy Conduct psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Primary Care, and interdisciplinary teams Utilize evidence-based modalities including CBT, MI, DBT, TF-CBT, and psychodynamic approaches Support patients navigating complex behavioral health and social needs

Qualifications:

LMSW or LCSW required Experience in an Article 31, community mental health or outpatient behavioral health setting strongly preferred Experience working with underserved and high-acuity populations required Bilingual Spanish or French-Creole strongly preferred Candidates with group therapy experience encouraged to apply Why Join?
