Psychotherapist (Also known as: Therapist, Mental Health Therapist, Licensed Therapist, Clinical Therapist, Behavioral Health Therapist, LMSW, LCSW) 1. Position Overview Seeking a Full-time Psychotherapist to join our team. The Psychotherapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. 3. Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy and behavioral health services. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Participate in case conferences and quality improvement activities. Support patient engagement, follow-up, and continuity of care. 4. Requirements Active New York State LMSW license or LCSW required. Minimum 3 years of psychotherapy experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. 5. Education Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. 6. Certifications New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 7. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish-speaking required. Experience working with epilepsy, chronic illness, disabilities, or co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of
OMH, OPWDD
