• $70,000 annually + full benefits Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Psychotherapist to join a dynamic outpatient behavioral health team.

The Psychotherapist serves as a core clinical provider responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals and families impacted by epilepsy and related neurological and psychosocial conditions. This role is also integral to supporting clinic growth through outreach, engagement, referral follow-up, and client retention efforts, in alignment with organizational goals and service expansion initiatives. The Psychotherapist works as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team while ensuring full compliance with

OMH, OPWDD

Article 16, and Article 31 regulations , as well as internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation Support outreach efforts to increase clinic census and maintain caseload engagement Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, care coordinators, and other providers Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Required Qualifications Active LMSW license (New York State) Bilingual Spanish/English required Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $65,000
