Include all the benefits and insurance Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to support clients' emotional well-being and functional independence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and diagnostic assessments utilizing medical terminology and HIPAA-compliant documentation standards. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement specialized interventions for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, addiction issues, and Alzheimer's care. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change. Manage crisis intervention situations with professionalism and efficiency while ensuring patient safety. Document all clinical encounters accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, patient care planning, and community outreach efforts. Participate in clinical research initiatives related to mental health treatments or behavioral health outcomes. Maintain ongoing professional development through training in medical Support patients through home visits or community-based care when appropriate to enhance treatment adherence. Qualifications Valid licensure as an LCSW or LMSW; additional certifications in psychotherapy modalities are preferred. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics in clinical settings; hospital experience is advantageous. Strong skills in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, crisis management, and addiction counseling Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology and conduct patient assessments effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse populations across various settings including special education environments or community outreach programs. Commitment to ethical practice standards within social work and behavioral health fields.
