Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to join our mental health services team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments, therapy, and case management to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through evidence-based interventions and collaborative care. The clinician will work in various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and telehealth platforms, utilizing a broad range of therapeutic modalities to support mental health and behavioral well-being. Prepares for and conducts individual, group and family therapy for assigned caseload according to the treatment frequency stated on the Individual Service Plan (ISP). Provides CPST Rehabilitative and Environmental support activities as assigned. Assist client in developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan. Monitor progress in treatment and participate in treatment plan review as assigned. Modify treatment plans to comply with changes and make referrals as appropriate. Complete all assigned paperwork and documents according to assigned/expected timelines, applicable standards and requirements. Assist client in making discharge and/or transition plans. Make appropriate referrals to other treatment services, both internal and external. Attend monthly staff meetings and other internal meetings as assigned. Provide effective clinical supervision as assigned. Works necessary hours to ensure appropriate service to assigned caseload needs. Complete all required training within required timeline and participate in training to enhance job related skills. Follow through with all assigned tasks to completion as requested. Demonstrate initiative & resourcefulness by taking appropriate action with minimum direction as situations arise. Work safely by following all safety rules and report any unsafe working conditions/practices. Display teamwork by working effectively with others to accomplish common goals and objectives. Take initiative to address situations involving conflict appropriately in order to resolve differences. Accept constructive feedback and demonstrate willingness to improve. Provide accurate and clear written and verbal communication. Requirements Conducts all job related activities in compliance with relevant Ohio Statutes, Blick Center general policies & personnel policies, and applicable certification and accreditation standards. Understands the needs of the population serving. Has adequate knowledge of core competencies of Mental Health/SUD and co-occurring diagnoses. Maintains professional license and certification as required or meets qualifications for a Bachelors or Masters level Qualified Mental Health Specialist. Pay:
$48,625.30 - $55,000.00 per year
