The Case Manager will be working together with a licensed therapist to provide therapeutic interventions in our intense day treatment program. Must be able to work from 8:30am till 5:00pm Monday- Friday during the school year and our Day program during the summer!. No weekends or evenings. Must be able to write progress notes, collaborate with therapist, and work with children in both individual and group setting. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive experience while supporting each child's needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality mental and behavioral healthcare in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing compassionate service, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical documentation. Duties Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Associate or bachelor's degree in social service field or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, or families Strong understanding of child and adolescent development Experience providing individual and/or group therapy Knowledge of evidence-based practices and outcome measurement tools Ability to engage youth in a supportive, creative, and developmentally appropriate manner Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Ensure accurate and timely daily clinical documentation Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Manage daily check-in/out logs for group services. Provide exceptional patient service and must have compassionate communication skills Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop care plans, review documentation for accuracy, and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs Requirements Must have a
