Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and person-centered Service and Support Administrator (SSA) to join our team and play a vital role in helping individuals with developmental disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. If you're someone who values advocacy, collaboration, meaningful impact, this role offers the chance to make a difference every single day. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals, their families, and support teams, fostering strong relationships and person-centered planning. Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation to ensure continuity of services and supports. Complete assessments, evaluations, and reports that support effective service planning while ensuring compliance with state and agency requirements. Develop, review, and revise Ohio Individual Service Plans (OhioISP) and Individual Budgets to reflect individual goals, preferences, and changing needs. Connect individuals to community resources, services, and supports that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life. Advocate for individuals and families while empowering individuals to make informed choices and actively participate in decisions affecting their lives. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services to ensure individuals receive the supports outlined in their plans. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, providing 24-hours crisis response and support when urgent situations arise. Respond promptly to health and safety concerns by coordinating resources, making referrals, and implementing appropriate interventions when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (required) Eligibility for SSA certification in accordance with
OAC 5123
5-02 Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Ability to participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification Why Join Us? $23.89 - $35.86 per hour
