Position Summary:

The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician operates under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Supervisor within a secure facility setting. In this role, you will provide both group therapy and individual counseling sessions to assigned youth. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and delivering regular progress updates to support treatment planning. Your work will play a critical role in improving behavioral health outcomes and overall well-being of youth in a structured, justice-involved environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate group therapy sessions for youth based on court orders or assessed clinical needs Provide individual, one-on-one counseling to youth on the mental health caseload Develop and submit clinical summaries, progress reports, and identify barriers to treatment Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of all clinical services Collaborate with Behavioral Health Services (BHS) team to support coordinated care delivery Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to individualized care planning

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience providing both group and individual therapy to adolescents Preferred experience working with justice-involved youth or in a correctional/secure setting Must hold one of the following independent licenses in the state of

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) #

$38.00 - $41.00 per hour
