Clinical Supervisor / Director of Clinical Services Healspace LLC and Talbot Health Services provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services through evidence-based, recovery-focused care. We support individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and co-occurring conditions through a multidisciplinary treatment approach designed to promote long-term recovery and wellness. We are seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated individuals to join our Monroe Street team as Case Managers. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. A current Ohio CDCA credential is required for this position. Candidates with experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health services, recovery support, or co-occurring treatment environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary The Case Manager serves as a key member of the treatment team and assists individuals with care coordination, treatment support, service linkage, recovery planning, and access to community resources. This position works closely with counselors, nursing staff, medical providers, and outside agencies to support treatment engagement and remove barriers affecting recovery success. Minimum Qualifications Current Ohio CDCA credential required and maintained in good standing Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, social services, or case management preferred Experience working with co-occurring populations preferred Knowledge of recovery principles and person-centered services preferred Strong communication and documentation skills required Basic computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required Preferred Qualifications Experience in an OhioMHAS-certified treatment program Knowledge of ASAM criteria and treatment placement concepts Familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements Experience coordinating community resources and continuity of care services Experience with trauma-informed and recovery-focused approaches That reads like an actual Ohio SUD/behavioral health posting instead of a general social services ad and aligns much closer with how organizations around Toledo recruit these roles.
