Job Description

Psychology Licensed Clinical Social Worker Specialty Psychology Immigration Assistance No Adventist Health Portland is expanding its Bariatric Surgery Clinic and is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary care team on the Adventist Health Portland Medical Campus located at 10000 SE Main St., Suite 316, Portland, OR 97216. We welcome applications from qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), and other appropriately licensed behavioral health professionals with experience conducting psychological assessments and counseling patients navigating complex health conditions. This role plays a critical part in preparing patients for bariatric surgery and supporting long-term behavioral, emotional, and lifestyle success.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Current Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or other qualifying behavioral health credential Experience in bariatrics, weight management, behavioral health, health psychology, or medical social work preferred Experience conducting psychosocial or psychological evaluations strongly preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Commitment to whole-person wellness and long-term patient success Why Adventist Health Portland?
