Work in a well-connected borough with easy transport links and close proximity to central London What you will do Complete complex Care Act assessments and reviews to identify and meet social care needs Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Carers Assessments Lead on safeguarding concerns, including Section 42 enquiries Prepare detailed Social Circumstance Reports for Mental Health Tribunals Apply strength-based practice to promote independence and empowerment Contribute to Duty work, ensuring responsive and effective service delivery Requirements Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience Proven ability to manage complex mental health cases Strong understanding of relevant legislation and multi-agency working Why Richmond?
