Full Job Description Position:
Full-Time Remote Assessor Position Details:
The Assessor conducts Comprehensive Needs Assessments for the Clinical Department. Assessments are conducted for Mental Health Skill-Building, Intensive In-Home, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, and Substance Use Partial Hospitalization. The Assessor must have knowledge of direct behavioral health and substance use services. Including (but not limited to): Assessment, treatment, and consultation. DSMV-TR, Diagnosis and symptomology
Medical Necessity and Service Components of:
Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, and Substance Use Partial Hospitalization, and Mental Health Skill-Building Applicants must be able to apply counseling, diagnosis theories, and techniques to a full range of diverse consumer populations. Time Management and Timely Submissions
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a crisis setting with individuals and families Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, supervisory experience Must be able to meet deadlines and computer savvy Licensed by the Board of Counseling (LMHP Type -LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident In Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work) Assessors must be able to meet submission guidelines, assess medical necessity, and utilize DSM-5 diagnosis and ICD-10 codes.
