Hybrid remote in Chicago About the Role Ravenswood Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinician/Therapist to join our growing private practice. We welcome both limited-license and independently licensed clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality psychotherapy services in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, caseload size, and service delivery (in-person or virtual). We provide strong clinical support, supervision opportunities, and professional development assistance to help clinicians grow their careers. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy services Develop treatment plans and complete electronic documentation Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses Schedule and manage ongoing client appointments Respond to client emergencies as needed Collaborate with healthcare providers and support systems when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization of office/common spaces Qualifications Active Illinois license required: LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience Experience providing individual psychotherapy Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills Ability to work one weekday evening and/or one weekend day Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We Offer Flexible scheduling and caseload management Hybrid work environment (in-person and virtual options) Clinical supervision for all licensure levels Continuing education stipend and certification support Referral program Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for professional growth in private practice Caseload & Compensation Compensation is session-based Clinicians typically build to 10-12 clients per week within approximately 6 months through referrals and inquiries Clinicians choose how many clients they would like to see weekly Application Requirements Please submit: Resume Responses to the following questions: What is your theoretical orientation and why are you drawn to it?
