Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete and maintain timely clinical documentation Administer and review standardized assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5) Manage client caseload and scheduling responsibly Follow all ethical, legal, and professional guidelines Skills Must be actively working toward LPC licensure in Missouri (PLPC or equivalent status) Eligible for or currently receiving clinical supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay accountable Comfortable using EHR platforms
