Fee-for-Service Mental Health Clinician

Job Overview (1099 Contractor) A&R Behavioral Health A&R Behavioral Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our growing team on a fee-for-service basis. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build or expand their caseload while making a meaningful impact.

Position Type:

Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation:

Insurance-based reimbursement (Medicaid and commercial payers)

Location:

Remote and/or in-person (based on state and service area)

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-person settings Adhere to ethical and professional standards

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state(s) where services will be provided (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Preferred (Not Required): Active Medicaid Provider Number (highly preferred) Experience working with Medicaid populations and documentation requirements Experience providing telehealth services
