The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations. This role involves collaboration with medical teams and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. The LCSW will play a vital role in supporting patients through crisis behavioral health management and case coordination to promote overall well-being. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health screenings using EMR systems. Provide individual utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations; utilize EMR systems for documentation and data collection purposes. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work, mental health counseling, diagnostic evaluation, ICD coding updates, and special education needs. Experience Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and crisis intervention. Familiarity with EMR systems, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance essential. Strong case management skills along with the ability to perform patient assessment. Excellent communication skills for patient care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
