Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician Axiom Community Services Boise, ID Job Details Part-time | Contract $55 - $75 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications HIPAA Master's degree Patient care Mental health counseling Clinical documentation Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician Team Lead to guide and support a dedicated team of mental health professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes patient-centered care. Your expertise will drive the implementation of evidence-based practices, coordinate patient assessments, and lead crisis intervention efforts to support individuals across diverse populations, including children, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those requiring specialized behavioral therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant healthcare setting committed to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Professionals will provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and on-going evaluations, and provide consultation to in-house and community services. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, psychology or other appropriate fields Valid licensure as a Behavioral Health Clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor) with experience in mental health counseling. Idaho LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW License (Required) Must be able to pass a federal/state background check Work with Medicaid, Optum, Magellan Health, YES programs. ICANS certified or willing to expedite completion of training.
Pay:
$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
