FULLY REMOTE
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the psychological and behavioral needs specific to justice-involved clients. Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on reducing recidivism and promoting positive behavior change. Providing therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practices. Working closely with probation officers, legal professionals, and correctional facilities to coordinate care and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Supporting clients in developing life skills, such as anger management, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences. Assisting clients in accessing social services, educational programs, and employment opportunities to support their transition back into the community. Tracking client progress and providing regular updates to the relevant authorities as required. Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges. Developing therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique situation. Providing counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to care. Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educating clients and their families about mental health issues and coping strategies. Advocating for clients to access necessary services and resources. Maintaining detailed and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans.
