Job Description

On-Time Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Randallstown, Maryland. This Mental Health Therapist position is a hybrid role requiring both in-person and telehealth services . Candidates must be willing to provide psychotherapy and counseling services from our Randallstown office location as well as through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This is not a fully remote position . The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, stress-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly preferred. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in both in-person and telehealth settings. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, peer recovery specialists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Maryland regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Assist with referrals to community resources and additional levels of care when appropriate.
Qualifications Required:
Active Maryland Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Ability and willingness to provide both in-person and telehealth services. Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Preferred:
Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy and counseling. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders. Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance populations. Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Knowledge of community resources and care coordination. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling available. Daytime, evening, and limited weekend opportunities may be available. Must be available for both office-based and telehealth appointments.

Pay:
