Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Part-Time or Full-time Clinician (W-2) Insurance-Based Practice Harmony Counseling & Wellness is a growing outpatient group practice seeking a confident, independently licensed clinician to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is designed for a clinician who can function autonomously, manage moderate acuity, and build to a steady caseload within 60-90 days.

Position Details:

W-2 Employment $40-$45 per completed, billable session (based on experience) Target of 12-15 weekly sessions by Month 3 Minimum of 2 consistent evening blocks required Insurance-based outpatient setting Primarily telehealth with required in-person availability (limited, as needed)

Qualifications:

Active, independent MA license (LMHC or

LCSW, LICSW

) Experience in insurance-based outpatient practice Strong documentation and medical necessity knowledge Comfortable conducting risk assessments and safety planning Ability to complete notes within 48 hours Prior experience carrying a 10-20 client caseload preferred
