Job Description

At Wellness Works Counseling , we're building a team of clinicians who want more than just a caseload. We're looking for therapists who value meaningful work, collaboration, and long-term professional growth. Located in Butler, PA—just north of Pittsburgh , our practice offers a warm, welcoming environment where both clinicians and clients can feel at ease. Our office is a Victorian-style building that supports comfortable conversations. Whether you're an experienced clinician looking to deepen your work or someone interested in future leadership, supervision, or specialization, we provide the structure and support to help you grow. What You'll Do Provide individual and group work to residents of Pennsylvania Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Use evidence-based approaches to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions Maintain timely, accurate documentation (we prioritize efficiency and support you in this) Collaborate with other providers as needed for continuity of care Lead workshops, support groups, and psychoeducational events based on your area of specialty. Participate in team consultation and peer support meetings Participate in administrative meetings to support administrative business systems and processes. DSM-5-TR

$47.00 - $55.00 per hour
