Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention, to a diverse population. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs. Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities. Implement crisis management strategies and interventions for clients in acute distress. Develop and maintain treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment summaries. Engage in clinical research initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Stay informed about current trends in social work practices, medical terminology, and coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) relevant to mental health. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral therapy is essential. Knowledge of data collection methods for clinical research purposes is beneficial. Strong understanding of patient care principles, including intake processes and clinical counseling practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ethical practice standards in social work and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
