Foundation Medical Group (FMG) is a physician-led, multi-disciplinary behavioral health organization built around one core principle: better outcomes come from better systems. Therapists at Real Feels Therapy will be able to utilize in-house care planning resources such as psychiatry, TMS, qEEG, MAT and pharmacogenetic testing when clinically appropriate and coordinate with providers more efficiently; promoting improved outcomes for Clients. Additionally, this integrated care model offers rare clinical exposure and professional growth opportunities beyond traditional outpatient therapy. You focus on therapy—we handle the rest! Responsibilities Conduct intakes, assessments, and psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities. Incorporate knowledge ofICD-9, ICD-10, CPT
coding, and medical terminology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation within the EHR Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinical staff as part of a multidisciplinary team Practice independently while contributing to a clinically engaged, professional culture Maintain ethical and regulatory standards of care and practice Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or a related clinical field Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work) Strong clinical judgment and comfort working within a medical model Reliability with documentation and professional communication Compensation & benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure status Health insurance options Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) Board-approved supervision available for superviseesJob Types:
