Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide culturally sensitive, bilingual (English and Spanish) mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices, including psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Individual and Family Therapeutic Wellness (IFT Wellness) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide outpatient therapy and Intensive In-Community (IIC) services. This is a W-2 employee position with clinical supervision provided toward LCSW licensure. Position Highlights $40-$70/hour (based on experience) W-2 employee Clinical supervision provided Minimum 15 hours per week guaranteed Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible schedule Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Opportunity for growth and increased caseload Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy in outpatient and IIC settings Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Requirements Active New Jersey Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Bilingual (Spanish required or strongly preferred) Reliable transportation for community-based services Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team
