The role includes delivering one-on-one therapeutic services in a variety of settings and working closely with team members on a weekly basis to ensure quality care and compliance with agency and DHS requirements.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in mental health or human services preferred

Licensure:

Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for

Mental Health Practitioner Documentation:

Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DHS standards

Skills:

Strong communication, crisis intervention, and cultural competency skills

Certification:

Valid driver's license
