Ideal Candidates Will:
Hold or be eligible for a North Carolina full license Be comfortable working independently with team support Have reliable transportation for in-person sessions (as applicable) Have strong clinical communication skills, including documentation and collaboration Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with youth, families, and teams Have experience or a strong interest in working with families as part of treatment Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy to children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain accurate medical documentation while upholding ethical and professional responsibilities in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state insurance standards. Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and educators, to support clients' needs. Engage in crisis intervention and management as necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all clients. Join a team where your work is valued and your growth is prioritized.
