Schedule School-Based Counseling Position/ Hybrid Position Full-Time:

28 clients weekly

Part-Time:

17 clients weekly (no benefits) This position includes providing counseling services directly within partnered schools, along with required in-office time for documentation, meetings, supervision, and administrative responsibilities. Revive Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW, or LICSW to join our growing team providing school-based mental health services to students throughout Rhode Island. The clinician will provide direct emotional and behavioral support to students experiencing social, academic, behavioral, or mental health challenges. This role focuses on helping students build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and succeed within the school environment. Responsibilities Provide direct mental health counseling services to students within school settings Conduct individual and group counseling sessions focused on emotional, behavioral, social, and academic concerns Maintain scheduled in-office time for documentation, treatment planning, meetings, supervision, and coordination of care Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents/guardians, and outside providers to support student progress Participate in interdisciplinary and student support meetings Complete assessments, treatment goals, progress notes, and clinical documentation according to agency standards Support students in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and positive peer interactions Connect families with additional community resources and supports when appropriate Collaborate with psychiatrists and PMHNPs to provide integrated care Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university Active

LICSW, LCSW

license in Rhode Island or Massachusetts Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral support services for anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and related mental health diagnoses Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload in both school and office settings Familiarity with electronic health record systems At Revive Therapeutic Services, we value our clinicians and provide a supportive work environment, ongoing professional development opportunities, and competitive compensation.
