Job Description

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our Stride Program at Shelley Elementary in American Fork, Utah. Stride is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 5-12 who need additional support with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where children can build confidence, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and succeed at home, school, and in their communities. Through engaging activities and skill-building interventions, you'll help children and their families develop healthy communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $21.15-$29.58/hour . Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (Hours are varied)

What You'll Do as a Case Manager Support children ages 5-12 in developing social, emotional, behavioral, and coping skills within a structured treatment setting Assess student needs and help develop individualized treatment plans to support progress and success Provide skill-building interventions focused on communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, self-esteem, and healthy relationships Coordinate care and connect families with community resources, school supports, and other service providers Collaborate with clinical staff, school personnel, families, and other stakeholders to support each child's treatment goals Monitor client progress and help ensure treatment goals are being met Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and case records Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence and thrive Qualifications Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Note:
Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire. Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
