www.turningpointcenters.com Position Overview We are hiring a Program Manager/Case Manager for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Holladay. This role supports adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You'll work closely with therapists and medical staff to help create a safe, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing and long-term recovery.
Schedule & Pay Full-Time Days:
Monday-Thursday Hours:
11:30 AM - 9:30
PM Pay:

Responsibilities:
Facilitate psychoeducation groups Assist clients with case management needs including finding resources in the community Meet 1:1 with patients needing case management needs Complete concise and timely clinical notes. Conduct the intake process for new admits. Attend weekly clinical team meetings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Certified Case Manager or ability to become one within 30 days Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check) Execellent communication and listening skills Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
Preferred:
Experience with Medicaid population 2+ year experience in substance use or mental health Bachelor's Degree preferred TURNPT
