Social Work Full Job Description About Us:
Life Stone is a compassionate and client-centered mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families in Midvale, American Fork and West Jordan, as well as virtually throughout Utah. We are committed to clinical excellence, a collaborative team culture, and a strong referral network that supports meaningful, lasting therapeutic work. Our offices are close-knit, well-established locations with a steady caseload and dedicated administrative support. We are seeking a licensed therapist (associate or fully- licensed) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about providing high-quality therapy, value autonomy within a collaborative team, and are eager to help clients heal, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse clientele Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments) Participate in case consultation and staff collaboration as needed Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal teams Follow ethical guidelines and maintain licensure requirements Optionally engage in specialized modalities (e.g., EMDR, play therapy, IFS) Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy Active Utah license as an LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, or equivalent Experience with or interest in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship challenges Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment Willingness to build and maintain a caseload (with lots of administrative support)

Schedule & Caseload:
In-person hours at our Midvale, West Jordan or American Fork office required, hybrid schedule available if desired. Build a caseload at your pace- average 30 sessions per week for full-time Part-time options also available
