Your Role as a Supervisee in Social Work As a Supervisee in Social Work (MST) , you'll work with youth and families to identify challenges and implement sustainable change strategies at home and in the community.You'll:
Provide therapy using the MST model — with a focus on family systems, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and behavior change Engage caregivers, schools, community supports, and legal systems in treatment Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in weekly case planning and professional development Be part of a rotation providing 24/7 crisis support (shared across the team) A chance to make a real impact by helping youth aged 11-17 overcome serious behavioral challenges Comprehensive Benefits for Full-Time Supervisee in Social Work (MST): Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match after the first year. Master's degree in a related field. Driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience. Experience using pragmatic family therapies, cognitive-behavioral techniques and/or couples therapy using behaviorally based approaches Previous work providing in-home or community-based therapy services. Experience in implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth's natural ecology (I.e., family, peer, school and neighborhood).
