Job Description

Summary:
Our Outpatient Team is seeking compassionate and dedicated clinicians to work with adults and/or adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and group therapy sessions, including working with our Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals with substance use disorders. Outpatient Clinicians provide essential support and guidance to these individuals through assessment, collaboration to create achievable goals, and walking along with them in their recovery journey. Starting Salary:
Outpatient Clinician:
$50,400 -Depending on
Experience Education Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible human services field required. Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred. At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is required.
