We are seeking an (PRN Mental Health Skill Builder) for our (Mental Health Skill Building program). Responsibilities & Duties for (Mental Health Skill Builder): Provide non-clinical services in the home and community settings for individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness, Provide training on activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, accessing community resources, community integration, interpersonal skills, etc. Render services during the daytime and evening hours Maintain documentation in Credible (i.e. progress notes, ISP's, quarterlies, etc.) Collaborate with other service providers to ensure care coordination for appointed clients Qualifications and Skills for: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field with a QMHP-A Working knowledge and experience working with individuals with a serious mental illness Understand strengths-based and person-centered approaches Knowledge of coping strategies and recovery principles Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits for
