Position:
Mental Health Case Manager•No Remote Work —On-Site & Field-Based Only Now Hiring In:
Bellingham We are actively hiring Mental Health Case Managers in the areas listed above. If you reside in or are willing to commute to any of these locations, we encourage you to apply. Position Summary Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Case Manager to support clients across multiple program areas throughout Western Washington. This position requires daily in-person service delivery and does not permit teleservices. The role involves extensive fieldwork, with driving accounting for approximately 75% of responsibilities. Ideal candidates bring strong case management experience, a commitment to community-focused care, and the ability to build effective, supportive relationships with clients.Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60,000•70,000 per year Medical & Dental Stipend (Monthly) Generous vacation and sick leave Supportive, positive work culture Extensive training provided Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.) Master's degree candidate preferred Minimum 2 years of direct mental health experience (required) Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel daily Must pass a criminal background check Strong written communication skills for case notes and monthly reports Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Must sign: Confidentiality Agreement Non-Compete Agreement Criminal Background Disclosure Primary Responsibilities Conduct bi-weekly client visits and needs-based assessments Support clients in accessing community resources, mental health services, housing, and additional social supports Collaborate with treatment teams to create and implement individualized service plans Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including case notes and reports Build and maintain professional networks within the local mental health and social service systems Provide empathetic, client-centered support and referral services Maintain client confidentiality at all times Perform other duties as assigned Supervision Structure This position operates under general supervision. While priorities and deadlines are defined, the Case Manager is expected to plan and manage daily tasks independently. Work is reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policy. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Work takes place in a mix of office and community-based settings Regular exposure to diverse living environments and emotional client interactions Must possess strong verbal skills to independently navigate sensitive situations Travel to various locations is required; public transportation is not guaranteed Physical Requirements Must be able to walk, sit, bend, stoop, push/pull, and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted Frequent stair or ramp climbing may be required at client locations Use of fingers, speech, vision, and hearing is essential Must be comfortable traveling throughout Western Washington on a regular basis Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of local and regional community resources and mental health systems Proficiency in counseling techniques , communication, and client advocacy Familiarity with program regulations , early intervention practices, and case documentation Ability to maintain confidentiality , manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks Experience with writing accurate case notes and weekly/monthly reports Join our mission to strengthen communities and change lives—one client at a time.
