$5000 Job Summary The Behavioral Health Specialist II- HAWP plans, organizes and implements social work services for HAWP participants and families.
Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work. Experience
- Two (2) of experience working as a behavioral health specialist. Geriatric experience preferred but no necessary. Other Requirement(s)
- Active WA State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license. Member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) or other NASW
- recognized certification preferred.
