Child Care Team Member

Join Our Amazing Childcare Team! Are you someone who lights up around kids? We're looking for a fun-loving, caring person to join our childcare team at Fayetteville Athletic Club! While parents get their workout on, you'll be the awesome person making sure their little ones (from tiny 6-week-old babies all the way up to energetic 11-year-olds) are having a blast in a safe, happy environment. What Makes This Job Special You'll be creating fun moments for kids while their parents focus on their fitness goals. Whether you're building blocks with a toddler, playing games with school-age kids, or gently rocking a baby, every day brings new smiles and giggles!

4PM-8PM Since our 4-hour shifts are all about keeping kids safe and giving them your full attention, we ask all staff to store their cell phones in a locker during work time. This helps us stay completely focused on the kiddos in our care! All new staff must successfully pass a pre-employment background screen.

What You'll Be Doing Playing & Engaging:

From peek-a-boo with babies to active games with older kids

• you'll keep everyone entertained and happy

Creating Fun Activities:

Plan age-perfect activities that help kids move, laugh, and learn while they play

Baby Care:

Comfortable with bottles, diaper changes, and giving those sweet little ones the gentle care they need

Keeping Everyone Safe:

You'll be the superhero making sure our play space stays clean, organized, and secure Being a

Great Communicator:

Chat with parents about their child's day and any little updates they should know about

Supporting Every Child:

Help kids with different needs feel included and successful, adapting activities so everyone can join the fun

Use encouraging words and gentle guidance to help kids play nicely together What We're Looking For Experience with kids

• whether that's babysitting, nannying, working at a preschool, or just being the favorite aunt/uncle! Baby whisperer skills
• comfortable and confident caring for infants A big heart for helping kids feel valued and included, no matter their background or abilities Natural caregiving instincts
• you just know how to make kids feel safe and loved Previous nanny or childcare experience is definitely a plus!
