A warm and welcoming family in beautiful Cave Creek, AZ is searching for an experienced Overnight Newborn Nanny to join them as they welcome their baby boy this summer. This is a wonderful opportunity for a calm, confident newborn night nanny who genuinely loves supporting families during those precious early newborn months. The family is looking for someone nurturing, knowledgeable, and dependable who can bring peace of mind overnight while helping establish healthy sleep, feeding, and soothing routines. What You'll Be Doing Providing loving, attentive overnight care for a newborn Supporting nighttime feedings, diapering, burping, and soothing Helping establish healthy sleep and feeding rhythms Maintaining a calm, restful nighttime environment Tracking overnight feedings and sleep patterns for daytime continuity Sanitizing bottles and pump parts as needed Light nursery tidying related to baby care The Ideal Candidate Has at least 5 years of professional newborn overnight nanny experience Is calm, confident, and highly experienced with newborn care Understands infant sleep cues, feeding support, and soothing techniques Is dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented Truly enjoys supporting parents during the newborn transition Brings a warm, reassuring presence into the home Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional newborn care experience TDAP vaccine required Flu vaccine appreciated Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report Why You'll Love this role This is more than an overnight nanny position, it's an opportunity to become an essential source of comfort and support for a growing family during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
