The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and consistently completes tasks thoroughly and accurately without needing close supervision.

Responsibilities:

Laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes Loading and unloading the dishwasher Washing dishes and cleaning up the kitchen Vacuuming, sweeping, and general tidying Changing bed linens and making beds Organizing closets, drawers, and household supplies Running occasional errands, such as grocery shopping, returns or dry cleaning Restocking household essentials Assisting with general household projects as needed Assisting with school-aged child as needed Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, household assistance, or childcare roles preferred Exceptional attention to detail and ability to notice tasks that need to be completed Dependable and punctual, with a strong track record of consistency and follow through Able to work independently and complete tasks thoroughly from start to finish Organized and efficient while maintaining high standards Trustworthy and reliable Comfortable taking direction and adapting to the family's needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Performance Expectations Arrives on time and communicates properly about any schedule changes Completes tasks accurately and consistently without frequent reminders Notices and addresses details that contribute to a clean and organized home Follows instructions carefully and asks questions when clarification is needed Maintains a high standard of quality and takes ownership of their work Schedule Full time with flexible hours based on the family's needs Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in doing things well the first time.
