Job Description
We are seeking caregivers with general day time availability Monday-Friday to work with active families with a variety of childcare needs. While we do our best to keep you as close to home as possible, some days may involve longer drives than others. The right candidate is reliable, professional and dedicated to helping families thrive! Some families need help 2-3 days out of the week, others need assistance Monday-Friday. Typically shifts are from 6am-8:45am and/or 3:00 p.m to 8:00 p. during weekdays or all day, date nights on Saturday, and Sunday morning care. During the summer, family needs vary greatly! Shifts may involve dropping off/picking up the children from school and providing transportation to after school activities. These families are looking for a sitter that will give an extra set of hands at the end of the day to: prep snacks and equipment needed for activities, provide homework help, as well as assist with dinner and bedtime. We offer competitive hourly wages on our Flex Team and work around your schedule, making employment with our agency ideal for students or sitters with limited availability. Plus, nannies employed in our Flex Team are covered under our extensive liability insurance policy which means if a harm-causing accident occurs to a child on your watch, you are protected under our legal umbrella.
