The family is looking for a candidate who is confident caring for both a school-aged child and a toddler, while creating a structured, engaging, and loving environment for the children to thrive. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, organized, and genuinely passionate about child development and creating meaningful connections with children. A Farsi/Persian-speaking nanny and a confident swimmer are both considered a very strong plus for this position.

Compensation:

$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications Children 7-year-old boy 2.5-year-old child Ideal Candidate The family is seeking a professional nanny who: Has extensive childcare experience with multiple age groups Is warm, patient, attentive, and highly dependable Can confidently manage daily routines and transitions Encourages creativity, learning, and age-appropriate development Is comfortable creating structure while maintaining a nurturing environment Values professionalism, communication, and long-term commitment Is proactive and able to take initiative within the household Highly Preferred Qualifications Farsi/Persian speaking Strong swimmer Long-term nanny experience Educational or child development background is a plus Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for both children Support age-appropriate developmental activities and routines School-related support and transportation as needed Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities Maintain children's schedules and daily structure Prepare simple meals/snacks for the children Keep children's areas clean, organized, and tidy Assist with child-related household tasks Coordinate play-based activities and outings when appropriate Additional Notes Both parents work away from home The family values professionalism, consistency, and a calm presence in the home The family is open to candidates who can become a long-term and trusted part of their household Serious and professional candidates only.
