Childcare Site Director, Elementary - $750 Bonus! (M-F)

Champions is coming to Atascadero! Our Site Director will help open, direct and lead our new after school program at either: Atascadero Fine Arts Academy or Creston Elementary School This is a full-time, year-round position starting now. If you have hands-on experience in a licensed school-age setting as a lead teacher, assistant director, or similar role, and are ready to make an impact as a program leader , this position is for you. As Site Director, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, and create an environment where kids in grades K-6 thrive before and after school.

This position requires:

48 units of college education in any topic 1+ year of leadership experience Pass a Background check AND A genuine love for kids

Program Hours School Year After School:

2:50-6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Weekends OFF Program hours above are fixed. In addition to leading the program, the Site Director works on-site during midday hours to handle administrative responsibilities like family communication, staffing, program building, and compliance.
