Requirements Proven childcare experience Strong understanding of childcare best practices, including safe sleep standards Comfortable and alert during shifts Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate care logs Professional, calm, and collaborative communication style At least 18 years old CPR and SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain) Willing to complete background check, social media screening, and driving record verification (company-paid) Reliable transportation Comfortable around cats and dogs No additional children permitted during working hours
