Competitive compensation package ($45-50 per hour) based on experience, including travel expenses and accommodations while travelingPosition Overview A private family is seeking an experienced, travel-ready Family Assistant/Nanny to support a hands-on mother and provide exceptional care for two young boys, ages 1 and 2.5 years old. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a dynamic lifestyle, values child development, and can seamlessly balance childcare, household support, and executive-level assistance.The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and proactive. This role requires someone who can provide nurturing, developmentally focused care while helping maintain smooth household operations across multiple residences and travel destinations. Childcare Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for two boys 14 months and 2.5 years old. Support age-appropriate developmental milestones and learning opportunities Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities, including nature-based play and enrichment experiences Assist with emotional regulation, transitions, routines, and healthy habits Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children Coordinate children's schedules, appointments, classes, and activities Maintain children's spaces, clothing, and belongings Travel with the family domestically and internationally as needed Support a positive, respectful, and structured environment that promotes independence and confidence Family Assistant Responsibilities Manage family calendars, scheduling, and logistics Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Assist with household organization and administrative tasks Conduct research, manage projects, and support special initiatives Coordinate vendors, appointments, and service providers Run errands and oversee household-related projects as needed Provide proactive support to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsIdeal Candidate Professional nanny or family assistant experience with private families Experience supporting toddlers and young children Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate care Highly organized with excellent time management skills Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel Emotionally mature, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a collaborative household environment Strong communication skills and professional discretion Enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and an active lifestyle Requirements Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Pet friendly Non-smoker Able to pass a comprehensive background check Comfortable traveling extensively and working between multiple residences Long-term mindset and commitment to consistency Family Values The family values kindness, curiosity, adventure, health, respect, emotional intelligence, and meaningful connection.
